Use Shapeworks on two bones in the same file

Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to use Shapeworks for SSM on two bones in the same stl file (tibia and fibula for example) ? For the moment, I see that when we convert volumes to images, we chose to keep one of the two bones, but is not it possible to keep them both ?

Thanks franmay for reaching out. As of now, each bone should be in an individual file. But, I think it should be feasible for us to incorporate this feature. One caveat that I foresee is defining a label to each bone in the same file to provide the corresponding domain/bone across all subjects. @amorris thoughts?
