Feedback on Landmark Placement and Delete Function in ShapeWorks Studio 6.5.1

Hello,

I’ve been using ShapeWorks Studio 6.5.1 for landmark placement on a series of meshes, and I must say it’s a remarkably quick and convenient tool. However, I wanted to provide feedback on a couple of minor issues I’ve encountered:

  1. Viewer Alignment Issue: When using multiple viewers and zooming in to fill the screen with parts of each mesh, landmark placement works correctly on meshes in the top row. However, on the subsequent row, any landmarks I try to place end up on an out-of-view part of the top row mesh rather than the intended mesh in the current view.

  2. Delete Button Issue: It appears that the delete button doesn’t work for removing a set of landmarks. Once landmarks are placed, I cannot delete them using this button.

I wanted to share this feedback in case others experience the same issues or if it’s helpful for future updates. Thanks for the great work on ShapeWorks Studio!

Thanks for reporting the viewer zoom issue. That’s pretty strange, but we’ll look into it and fix it.

For the 2nd one, can you try selecting the entire rows of the landmarks you want to delete? (e.g. select the number on the left and shift click or drag to the end row you wish to delete)
