Rigid Transformation Matrix

Hi!

In ShapeWorks, when performing optimization, does the rigid transformation matrix used to map shapes into the shape space remain fixed during the optimization, or does it change throughout the process?

It remains fixed unless Procrustes is enabled. Enabling Procrustes allow ShapeWorks to dynamically (per the Procrustes Interval) update a secondary alignment transform (in addition to the transform defined in grooming). Procrustes can also add scaling if desired.
