I just want to know what the femur dataset for the use-case-data dataset on the ShapeWorks Portal consists of? Does the dataset consist of healthy femurs or are there pathological femurs included in the dataset? Sorry for the inconvenience, but the dataset does not include a License.txt file, which describes the terms of use and citation requirements for the data.
We will soon upload a license file to the dataset on the portal. We will also include papers/grants to cite the data. All of the femurs are healthy. The n01 and m01 are just different patient IDs.

All data was originally collected for research purposes, specifically for the evaluation of hip biomechanics (per references provided in the license.txt document). All participants provided informed consent prior to participation in the University of Utah IRB approved study.
