Exporting meshes for Multiple Domain SSM

I have my multiple domain model on the studio ready, I want to export the meshes for my combined model that I made using 50 cases of L1-L5 vertebrae each to create a full spine model. However, the meshes stored after grooming are all individual (250 vtk files), Is it possible for me to export the combined full spine model’s reconstructed meshes instead of these individual ones. My aim is to use these meshes to generate X-Ray projections of the 50 full spine cases.
