Due to the extremely large volume of my data, it is difficult to run successfully on the studio. Therefore, I adopted deepssm for analysis. However, in my research, each shape actually has four parts (voxels belonging to different parts in the original image (nifti file) are labeled with different values). My requirement is as follows: during the ssm process, these four parts can be analyzed together (or regarded as one part). After the analysis, I can distinguish which part each particle belongs to. Since during the ssm process, and the output of deepssm is groomed mesh data and the corresponding particle data. The groomed mesh data makes it very difficult for me to correspond one-to-one with the voxels in the original image file. At the same time, I am not quite sure how to locate the position of the particle on the mesh. Is there any way to establish a connection among the groomed mesh, particle and the original image?
Thank you !
