Can you please help to debug the above problem? I am not sure what is wrong in shapeworks library.
The windows install script has been improved recently. Can you try the latest dev version here?
Make sure to run install_shapeworks.bat from the anaconda prompt after install.
During installation it give error as shown in the picture. Is there some issue with the software?
Perhaps run the install as Administrator? I’m not sure, I’ve not seen that error before with ShapeWorks.
