Issues with Reconstruction

I have microCTs in STL files that I import into Shapeworks and have used different optimization parameters, but get similar results where it looks like it has issues with reconstruction of one or more distal femurs. Can I get some feedback on where i can tweak the parameters, if this issue is something in grooming potentially, etc.

This is usually the consequence of the particles being out of order across the shapes. I would start with a lower number of particles, 64 for example and increase the number of iterations per split. See if that gives reasonable basic shapes to start.

Thanks for the feedback! I lowered the particle numbers to 128 since 64 didn’t spread and cover the model. My number of iterations is at 10000 (at least for these two models here) and I still have a similar issue with what looks like the particles being out of order. I also have normals on. I’m unsure as to why one model reconstructs well (whether I do two models, 4 models, etc.) and the others look similar to the model on the right.
