Issue with Narrow band during Optimization

Hi ShapeWorks community,

During the optimization step of my ShapeWorks project, I am getting this error saying, “Attempt to sample at a point outside the narrow band: [-32.1998, -5.20537, -22.5187]. Consider increasing the narrow band”. I tried different values for the narrow band parameter, but I can’t resolve this. I am wondering if anyone can help me with this.

This message can sometimes mean that the particles are running into the edge of the image. Can you check to make sure your input images have sufficient padding around the shape (4-5 pixels usually)? There is also the option to add padding as part of grooming.
