How to output the PCA component score of shape and pose seperately?

I am using the multi-domain SSM of Shapeworks. I want to know how to output the PCA component score of shape and pose seperately? Currently, It seems that the outputed score mixed shape variant and pose variant together.

That’s right, it’s currently only exporting PCA CSV files using the mixed mode. I’ve created a Github issue to track adding this capability:

Thanks. Does mixed mode means that current outputed PCA score for multi-objects is done on the entire multi-bone joint structure treated as a single bone complex reflecting the modes of variation of the entire multi-object complex(refer to Frontiers | Multi-level multi-domain statistical shape model of the subtalar, talonavicular, and calcaneocuboid joints (frontiersin.org)).

I mean the PCA export is only exporting the PCA modes with shape and pose combined.

Hi all,

I currently have a model that I like and am looking to export the PCA scores or eigenvectors/values for additional statistical analyses. Within the analysis page I have the option to choose whether to visualize ‘Shape only’, ‘Relative pose only’, or ‘Shape and pose’. I see that the immediate info (eigenvalue, explained and cumulative variance) changes depending on which mode of variation I am visualizing. But when look at the metrics (generalization, compactness, specificity) as well as when I export pca component scores, eigenvectors, eigenvalues they always display and produce only information from the combined ‘Shape and pose’. Is there a way to access ‘Shape only’ data for my downstream analyses?
