Hi - I am a new ShapeWorks user and I am aiming to optimize & analyze images of tibiae, and hopefully use this to reconstruct some images as well.
Is working with an entire 3D model of a hollow bone (like a tibia) an issue? Is it better to perform separate analyses on the outer and inner surfaces?
The Surface Reconstruction tool - I am struggling to understand how to use it. Hoping for some help or a resource to guide me through it.
