Determining Bad Correspondences

When using distance transforms as input in the past, I had used the ReconstructMeanSurface script to generate the mean surface and as part of this I would also get a list of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ correspondences. It seems this script expects distance transforms as part of the input, so I was wondering if it is possible to identify these ‘good’ and ‘bad’ particles when running surface based models (either in or outside of Studio)?

We have an issue for this topic here:

There is not a way currently implemented to easily see these good/bad particles, but the functionality is planned.
